DESCRIPTION:Over Plug & Flow\nPlug & Flow is a yoga session where breath\, movement and music come together in one seamless experience. Not a standard yoga class. A live DJ set guides you through every pose and transition\, making the practice feel alive and energising. \nYou don’t need any yoga experience. All you need is the willingness to show up and move. \nWhat to expect:\nA flowing yoga session supported by a carefully curated DJ set by Bright Days. The music isn’t background noise\, it’s the heartbeat of the practice\, moving with you from the first breath to the last. The session is guided by Gemma\, who leads you through every breath and movement with care. Afterwards there’s time to connect over a healthy snack and drink. \nA few things to know:\nThis is a sober experience\, no alcohol or substances. We keep phones away so you can fully drop in. Occasionally we capture a moment for our own marketing\, without recognisable faces. Please bring your own yoga mat.
